Good demonstration. How hot you have the top and bottom depends on how you like your pizza. I like a dark, crisp bottom and I put mine at 800 degrees top and bottom. I bought a separate pizza peel so that I don't have the difficulty of cheese and toppings sliding out of place using the two-piece pizza peel that comes with it.

I just received mine two days and love this oven. I use fresh dough I make myself. My oven does go to 800 degrees but I use 500 degrees for top and 700 degrees for bottom and it's done 6 min. My pizza was so good. I love the black charcoal little bit on top crust tastes amazing. You have a good video. It's nice of you to help us see oven in operation.
