Nov 2024 , sir thank you so much for your idea of removing rear brake drum . Until I came across your video I couldn't get my drum off . Went out & bought a cheaper puller & put it into slots on rim & started cranking & pop ....came right off . Thank you so much !!! Just in time for Saturday's opening day for deer season .

I took my drum off my kawasaki mule to replace the axle boot. But now the drum won't go back on. It goes on the shaft teeth about 1/4" then stops. As if something is stopping it from going all the way on. Its not the breaks touching the drum. I think it has something to due with the teeth on the axle shaft. What is weird, i tried putting the drum on backwards and it goes on smoothly until the lug nut bolts touch the breaks. But when I try put it on the correct way, it doesn't go on . Any idea?

When the signals work fast on the dash board you have at burned light bulb on that side where it working fast (could be in the front or on the back of your car).

we used a woman's nylon sock (like a pair of women's nylons, but it's just for the feet). We have the summer waves pool, and I slipped the nylon around the underside of the leaf basket that sits on top of the skimmer, since we had a lot of issues with leaf debris getting wound up in the pump's impeller. Works great for us. I do love your idea though too, since we tend to have a ton of leaves and insects in our water.
@jamesdyas15485 жыл бұрын
Simple effective solution. I would just add a bracket attached to net to go over pool side instead of bungee cords - probably better for pools with the aluminum side rails.

It should be noted that the official service manual says to use two specialty tools to do the same thing. Joe's solution is not only easier, but saves the cost of purchasing a couple hundred dollars worth of specialty tools. I just tried his technique, and it worked great. thanks for the video

No, you have to take the pads off and turn the piston with a screw driver. That makes them compress all the way
@oneloveyessah2 жыл бұрын
I have the same problem. I know it ain't the breaks touching the drum because I checked. 1 hour and I gave up. I have no clue why it won't go back on. I even spoke to a mechanic (not a UTV mechanic)and he is clueless too.
