Do you mean hardening? If so then not really, just put enough oil but if you want it to have that whipped cream affect then you'll have to emulsify it

It's the Soil Shea butter and it is pricey. Try GAME or Jet and look for Native Child, they are affordable

No it doesn't harden because of the additional oils. I'd say add more oil just to be safe
