You have to download them and get your license to the appropriate class by finishing races, buying cars, upgrading them, or refitting them. Also, if you want keys, you have to play PVP, which is unlocked by completing Chapter 2 Race 4 in Career Mode.

It doesn't show on map. I did uae a cheat code to unlock f.f. spiderman I think. Using cheat code was a big mistake and the cost of why he's not showing up right?
