@@vzhearts In the manga, blue eyes (at least in the todoroki family) aren't shaded/colored, but the grey ones are. Fuyumi's eyes aren't colored in the manga, therefore she has blue eyes. The anime messed up (just like they did with Touya's hair color in that one flashback)

It can be written as Toya, Touya and Tōya depends on your preferences really As far as I know ō is like ou sound but to simplify writing people use just simply o so it comes from this as far as I know
