Aap apne ghar ke member ke hisab se chane lelijye. Ek gilas dedh gilas, ya do gilas. Or ye yad rakhen ki chane rat bhar bhigne ke baad double hojate hain. Agar apko boil hone ke baad chane zyada lagen to jitni zaroorat ho utna leke baki ke chane freezer me rakhden or next time fhir se banalen.

Apke pass kokum nahi hai to aap imli ka pani or lemon juice dal len. Mumbai me kokum ka pani dalte hain isi liye mene bhi dala hai.

What is the meaning of Bismillah ir- Rehman ir- Raheem ? "In the name of Allah, the most gracious,the most merciful." If you believe in this truly then you will say Bismillah each and every second then you wont need evidence for it. Whatever you talk about generally, with your friends and family, do you need evidence for that ? So why do you need evidence for whenever i say bismillah.

Pakistan me kokum shayad nahi milega. Kokam khatte ko badhane ke liye dalte hain. Issliye aap kokum ko chod den. or uski jagha imli or lemon ka use karen.uss se bhi zaiqa bhut hi zaberdast ayega.

This ingredient (Kokum) is just for adding sourness to your food. If you don't have it, you can skip it, or use tamarind water, and lemon juice instead.
