I saw this video (here on YT) where, Senna is giving this guy a ride, to show him around the track to get familiar with it before the race. Senna was super nice and helpful but what stood out for me was, as they approach the corner entry (very slowly of course, in a 4 door sedan) Andretti asks the question: “so what is the preferred racing line here?” 😂 That right there tells you everything you need to know. Senna being very helpful and super polite, calmly explains this guy about how you approach the corner, where you “hit” the apex and how you let the car “walk out” wide at the exit as to making sure you aren’t scrubbing speed…. This was definitely a WTF moment! I mean, if he asked about “where do I brake”, I’d say yeah… that is a legit question. Breaking point is always different bc there are so many environmental variables. But, “how to navigate through a turn”…? 😂😂😂😂 my lord! Additionally, I remember reading in a motorsports magazine circa 1993 where he was talking about Europe. He said he decided to fly the Concord - Every F king Day - back and forth from the US to Europe. Why? “Because Europe is stuck in the Stone Ages and they don’t have proper toilets and plumbing” Yeah, that comment didn’t age well! And he’s still wondering why the Europeans denied his F1 entry 😂😂😂😂 what a clown.

its nice to see people actually appreciating Badoer, I think back then it was a mistake giving him the drive but it was also Ferrari's mistake not having a proper reserve driver on standby or even give Badoer more time to get used to the car. Honestly he might not be the best racer, but as a test driver there's probably no one better than him, plus his loyalty to Ferrari is commendable. But Badoer definitely deserves the title of unluckiest driver in F1, that 99 European GP was heartbreaking for everyone. 😢

Watching Williams win a race now... well would be kind of similar to watching a 'Queen' concert now. Only pretty much without anyone recognisable. Even Claire Williams is long gone at this point. That being said, was a Williams guy from Mansell until the red horror that was the Winnie Reds machine (lord knows why, every aussie kid bought winnie BLUES from the milk bar around the corner from high school to the point its a cultural meme... or was) so when Mclaren picked up Danny Ric i tentatively switched across from a decade and a half of disappointment with RBR... and then 2024 happened. McLaren is back at least and its awesome. Id love to see Williams bounce back but it seems theyre headed down the path of March Brabham Lotus.

I still hate it that the fia decided to mandate minimum weight rules for engines.I get that it was to save money (eventually, not in the first year obviously!!) but it stopped some fascinating engine development. For example the last version of BMW's V10 weighed only 82kg and if they'd been able to use that as a basis for the V8,it would have been under 70kg!

16:30 This one always bugs me! Not only are fans not listening to Arton, they're so stupid they cant recognize the facts. Arton's donnington performance was done with a car set up for the wet.His competitors had dry setups!
