I like when microtonal music is traditionally melodic like this rather than just being dissonant just for the sake of being dissonant. Great song!

Would like more description of the instrument. It sounds like a hybrid between a clavichord and an electric guitar tuned to 31EDO. I wonder how many cents you can get with maximum bebung (pitch bend upwards from pressing hard on the key when you hold it down)? If you could get a quarter of a syntonic comma, you could do effectively barium temperament, but with a LOT fewer notes as long as you don't need to stack perfect fifths (full barium temperament needs a minimum of 224 equal divisions of the octave).

@@purplrshadowyay u do know that perfect pitch isnt something u learn, but rather happens when ur rlly young, possibly born with. Its quite interesting, cus its probably linked to what music and notes were heard back then, and you made a deep corrolation and connection to the individual frequencies, before your brain learned to sort out unnecessary details Microtonal is cool i agree, but its hard for someone with perfect pitch to appreciate. Its like telling a person with perfect eyesight "just learn to see colorblind my dude"

I actually sorta love this, the more I hear it, the more I understand the musical weirdness and accept it, granted, it still feels weird listening to such... intentional out-of-tuneness? But either way, despite all of that, I still love it.
