from what i see the annealing is going half way down the cases and there should be no annealing of that part the only annealing should be the neck and no more than 1/8" below the shoulder all that brass in the video is over annealed and should not be loaded at all because the cases are a possible rupture upon firing

Wow, that's quite a trick indeed good work. adding a higher and much more noticeable amplitude signal (as the scope reading clearly indicates) to something which is already being modulated by its 60 hz power source is quite a task....

Oh look. An "induction annealer" that actually WORKS because its using iron "cores" and an ELECTROMAGNET to induce a current and create heat in a NON-FERROUS BRASS CASE which WILL WORK unlike all the "DIY" and "commercial" supposed "induction annealers" a bunch of con artists and/or fools and/or butthurt liars that spent big bucks on a FRAUD are "pushing" and trying to "sell" in THEIR KZbin videos that DON'T WORK and OBVIOUSLY DON'T WORK because they use COPPER COILS to try to induce a current and electron flow and electromagnetism and heat in a NON-FERROUS "core". DON'T WORK THAT WAY! But they're going to keep claiming it does or are going to just leave their old videos claiming it does up on KZbin rather than pull them or fess up and admit they were "screwed" and/or tried to "screw" others with bullshit "science".

DEEREMEYER1 mind elaborating a bit why it is that induced magnetism doesnt' produce stray current (heat) in non-ferrous alloys if it hasn't gone through and an iron alloy core ??? My long time ago high school years taught me that cores were used to concentrate or "focus" magnetism to render it useful...pls re-enlighten me.

Except it does work soo.....

DEEREMEYER1 except... it does work... using a copper coil does work... you just have to use more turns in the coil for nonferrous metals. Debunked www.millerwelds.com/resources/article-library/debunking-4-common-myths-about-induction-heating
