Trailer parks and “the hoods” are the same economic tragedies. This park is just as rundown as any hood.

You don't know what a Rundown Trailer Park looks like. I grade this Trailer park a, "C"

Looks like the homes are newer than 1976, i.e. , they are manufactured homes not mobile homes where the difference is that manufactured homes are built to a national standard and mobile homes are (were) built to a state standard and so could not necessarily be taken across state lines and meet code.

Looks typical to me and not run down. Most trailer parks have older units.

A run down trailer park has to have at least one, single wide burned up carcass. At least 3 boarded up trailers that are abandoned. Half of the occupied trailers have vehicles on blocks, flat tires, or broken windows. This place looks a decent place to live to be honest. The complete opposite of rundown.

As someone who grew up in trailer parks, this is literally a luxury park. Never did I see one this nice.

if you didn't tell me it was in the usa i would have thought it was toronto canada. but for a trailer park it doesn't seem too bad.

uhm. this is like a nice trailer park. if your a pampered rich kid maybe this seems like where the lowly peasants live but this is not rundown at all. smh

I have lived in a run-down trailer park and this ain't it! Look at the cars, run-down would be junkers, cars on blocks! This is pretty orderly to me!

Very nice video and scenery of South Bend the state’s 4 largest city but they have the second largest economy, downtown and commerce outside of Indianapolis, They also have two large parks in the downtown district with one that is nearly completed after a transformation, A baseball stadium with nice apartments with more on the way, A pretty cool looking river walk that runs along the downtown etc.. Again nice video and thanks for posting this..🙌🏼👍👏🏼🤗🏢📸

This is much nicer than Chicago, where mayor Brandon Johnson closed the Greyhound Bus station in the Loop. In Chicago, people must wait for buses outside in the elements.

I’m guessing all the other rooms were locked because they were entrances into the ground and I didn’t want people getting into the concert for nothing

That’s why all them rooms are locked up and certain bits of the prison you can’t get into because of the concert

I’m sure that’s the psyc ward, can you not go in that room with the hole in the ground where they broke out of prison? I would love to sit down that tunnel.

A section of it was used to process new inmates I believe until 2004. This place was definitely never a pleasant place. Roaches would crawl out of the water spigots when you would turn the water on and lights were flickering everywhere. The most unpleasant place I have ever been. I've never been back since, so this place did its job.

Richard Ramirez stayed at the Cecil Hotel, but I don't think anyone even suspected him of killing anyone there at the hotel. Dahmer definitely killed someone at the Ambassador Hotel in Milwaukee.
