@@Cotarusan absolutely but you can make that arguement generally about every game lol. That's not how it works.

Orb system is filter for noobs tbh. Plus orb add so many new mechanics and enable to many new moves when you combine them. Far from clunky but it's true you can't just mindlessly tap attack.

@@THELORDVODKA that in itself is a clunking point for many xD because they "can't just spam one combo", and instead are demanded to actually watch the combat situation, use the team as both, QTE and swapping combination (e.g. Ayla's 3-ping + blue, then tap her out and use her as QTE before another heavy phys blow from attacker, or any other compiled combo)... That puts up a souls-like difficulty barrier for some people. What's worse for them, in their understanding, is also a system of mutual links, and proper cycling of the units you have. It's actually a part of the game which I've enjoyed, but some people just get baffled by it, because unlike honkai, it requires to understand, which character does what,as there are no "one-man armies" in PGR, and ALL the characters have use. Like, lol, even base B-ranks are not USELESS. and sometimes can outclass some of higher ranks while they're at it, when used in the right bind. But haters gonna hate.
