if you can find a repo with the exact ubuntu version i think it will work just fine, but for this video you have to manually install packages to build openemr

@@pashachoo you still need a router (openwrt/pfsense). libreqos is placed in-between router and switch, is transparent bridge. You need a dual lan card check supported model and install ubuntu server, you use onboard lan as management port and then use the dual lan port to bridge router to switch

Does it support Virtio Ethernet? I did create a home server using VMware but there was a lot of packet loss, I only gain 20-30mbps from my 200mbps ISP, even on a fresh install. I also did a simple bridging from two ethernet ports just to pass through the traffic but still get the same speed, Ethernet cable is good since I can get 200mbps when not passing to VM, I wonder why?, do you have any ideas to share, please. did you purchase a license ? the free installation has bandwidth limitations for packet loss maybe check cpu usage if its hitting 100% during speedtest.
