The Occupational Health Card issued to me by the Public Health Department of Sharjah Municipality in Nasseriya suburbs was the only reason I applied for volunteer position at Sharjah Municipality Drainage Department in the year June 2020 to show my gratitude and goodwill to wastewater personnel and drainage inspectors of Sharjah. It doesn't matter at all in the year 2022 as I will no longer be a UAE Resident in the post pandemic world.

When volunteer applications were submitted by residents like me to the Sharjah Municipality Drainage Department as well as to the NCEMA UAE volunteers application in the year June 2020, it was done based on the observations and experiences of stormwater flooding in Industrial Areas. I did not apply for a career to usurp anyone's job or career position in the Government of Sharjah. I was motivated to see the wastewater pumping operations round the clock in Muweilah Commercial suburb where I lived during 2016 to 2020 and wanted to help the stormwater drainage surveyors and Municipality inspectors in Industrial Areas of Sharjah. I will no longer be UAE Resident of Sharjah since I left the UAE on July 29th, 2020. The Sharjah Municipal Council needs to accelerate its presence in Sharjah Industrial Areas upon my humble suggestion as a former resident.

Former Residents of Sharjah who will no longer return to the UAE in the post pandemic world request the Sharjah Muncipal Council to encourage talented stormwater hydrologists in the Emirate of Sharjah and encourage swiftwater rescue in municipality stormwater management departments. Wishing Sharjah Municipal Council the very best as I will no longer be considered as UAE resident anymore from 2020 onwards after being evacuated to India from Sharjah Airport on July 29th, 2020.
