Is this the same one as the BC Housings - Subsidized listing? Did it get a new building?

Just more ridiculous rules, why are we allowing diesel trucks to tear off all the emissions equipment ? But your more worried about natural gas heat and fireplaces? But then happy to sell it to be burnt someplace else ? Hypocrites

Vancouver has bigger problems than the lovely smell of wood smoke, lets be honest this isnt like the 19th century where cities like london were enveloped by wood burning smoke. I live near the false creek rail corridor and there is constantly homeless people burning garbage over by the tracks.

My father used to be the president of ASPE in Vancouver. Yes this stuff is boring but without it Vancouver wouldn't exist. Think of Castles in midevile times with no well. He designed alot of the hospital plumbing systems in western Canada in the late 70s till mmid 90s. The people in the shadows that make your life livable. Most never know their names or realize how important this is till it's no longer working. I remember my father showing me the diagram of Vancouver's water supply and even in the 80s he told me it was well classified. Wars and lost over food and water supply. That simple.

"Construction is well underway" LOL what a joke 5 years later in March/2024 as I write this. Anyone who lives in North Vancouver and drives by the site has seen the total catastrophe that sits there now. The entire project has been stopped due to massive lawsuits between the contractor and the city and governments. Nobody seems to know what the hell is going on. Meanwhile all that huge site with the massive towers of exposed steel construction rebar waiting for concrete, are all rusting away. Billions of taxpayer dollars have been literally flushed down the toilet. What a disaster!

I am a guy and have a walk in closet. I am a hoarder of clothes and haven’t disposed any of them yet. Some are really old from 10 years ago and somewhat damage but I use them for sleep or house wear. I’m trying to be more intentional when purchasing more clothes because I don’t really need it!

I worked on that job before 2009, I quit due to safety concerns, it was very dangerous for sure. Not to mention a lot of the foreign staff were treated very poorly. I worked on the twin tunnel portion only.
