I got this case and the lip is flush and ports at bottom don’t line up properly spoke to pitaka is defective in case there sending new version out to me

Quite interested in these leather cases. I've noticed (particularly on the Megamac website) that only the 'traditional' leather case that Nomad do appears to have a much larger camera function cutout on the case than the 'modern' and 'horween limited edition' ones. I wonder what's going on? It's making me hesitant to buy, as like you say in the video, I do not want the case to cause problems with the camera button.

Thanks for your review. I’m surprised the camera control cutout worked for you. I find it too deep, almost unusable. Had to return my case for that reason.

with the basic subscription can i delete old recordings and transcripts in order to create new space for other recordings and transcripts? Or the space for transcripts will not be freed up even if i delete the old ones? Is it possible to copy and paste the transcript into the normal notes of the phone?

I ordered an ESR iPhone 14 case but received a completely different, used case that wasn’t even for an iPhone. It was scratched and clearly not new. To make things worse, Amazon provided no help with the return process, making this experience even more frustrating. Very disappointed with both the product and Amazon’s lack of support. Would not recommend.

That’s down to Amazon though and as long as you return in the date frame given on Amazon you shouldn’t really have an issue. So you can say wouldn’t recommend as that’s your opinion but in fairness it’s not really down to ESR that’s down to yourself and Amazon Hope whatever case you ended up with worked out for you

@ it was shipped by amazon. i tried to return and was expecting response that they will apologize and refund but happened opposite . They created ticket to investigate but after that there resopose was shocking that they can’t help. This feel like complete cheating and I can’t do anything except this

I’ve got the nomad rugged case, it has the same cut outs as the modern leather. The rugged has that same feeling. It digs in and feels really uncomfortable.

Where’s the “ Thank you” card for giving away $75 after Tax for such a minimal product?. It bothers me how this case is more expensive than the iPhone Pro Max cases and the iPhone cases have a minimum of 2x the materials and use case.
