I know it's almost a shame to see it go no more winterfest after this year from what I've been told all of the six flags cedar Fair parks are not doing it next year from what I'm told.

I think they should pay the full price of it back to Kentucky Kingdom since it was stolen from them then shut down park after it was removed.

I used to work maintenance their back about 7-10 years ago. The place was "and probably still is" A nightmare to upkeep. Bruce was a great man and a wonderful model builder. However, when you build something this big there are bound to be design flaws. Getting to the trains was always an issue "mainly in the canyons" and over the course of 20+ years, the track has really begun to wear out in places. I'm glad the place is still open, but time has not been kind to the place

If 32 dollars is "too expensive," maybe you should stay home.

Do you think they’re going to remove more from the Boardwalk area? The upcharge rides, former motion sim theater, tent structure in front of Superman, etc? Like King’s Dominion keeping the Bobsled around while Jungle-X gets built around it, I could see the same for Superman and the Boardwalk. Throw some flats and a new wooden coaster up there, and keep the games/food stands near the entrance.

Just a guess but i think they cant demolish anything thats electrical on the ride last i saw the permits failed from something electrical.

I worked there for about five months in 2023, and I’m shocked that they actually made progress with Collegetown. Not much has changed since I was last there, and I can imagine ticket prices have gone up even more for probably less and less

Is this closed during the winter season? Journey to Atlantis is apparently always open during the winter
