@@andrewmarek all 3 I think. With more numbers come more fitness. One day I’ll do a triathlon maybe. But right now just getting as aerobically fit as possible. I left out a lot of stuff such as trying to move more because of how my job and hobbies (gaming) is probably bad long term since I’m bad at posture and taking screen breaks
