I haven’t tried these, but have heard people like them. There like around $7/8 where I am. I really like the Tyson G F naturals if you’d like to try those. I’m picky too haha

You can use allulose. I used allulose here, but you have to keep it at a lower oven temp like I did here (300F), higher and the allulose burns. It can burn really easy.

INGREDIENTS: ► 1/2 cup sliced almonds* (*or sub your fav nuts like hazelnut/cashews/etc) ► 1/2 cup walnuts*, rough chopped ► 1/2 cup chia seeds ► 1/2 cup ground flax ► 1/2 cup coconut chips/flakes ► 1/2 cup hemp seeds ► 1/2 cup sunflower seeds ► 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds ► 1/2 cup granulated sweetener of choice ► 3 tbsp cacao powder ► 2 tsp cinnamon/pumpkin pie spice ► 1 tsp sea salt ► 2 tsp vanilla ► 2 tbsp coconut oil ► 2 large egg whites (NOTE: you CAN switch this out for water, to make this egg-free/vegan - it does work - but will be more crumbly than chunky) Optional mix-ins after baking: ► 1/4-1/2 cup dried fruit or choc chips. I really like to add apple-juice sweetened dried cranberries, freeze dried berries, or chocolate chips. INSTRUCTIONS: 1️⃣ Preheat oven to 300°F. 2️⃣ Combine ingredients (except dried fruit or choc chips) in a medium mixing bowl. 3️⃣ Line a baking sheet with parchment and spread mixture onto the tray. 4️⃣ Bake for 20 minutes, then remove from oven & let cool (it gets crunchier as it cools), then toss in your mix-ins of choice, and enjoy!! 5️⃣ Store in airtight container. For longer storage, store in fridge or freezer.

🤍Vegan Marshmallow Fluff/Meringue -1/4c aquafaba -1/4 sweetener/sugar of choice -1/2 tsp cream of tartar -1/2 tsp vanilla -Combine aquafaba, sweetener & cream of tartar in a heat proof bowl over a bain-marie. -Heat to 160F and sweetener has dissolved, stirring occasionally -Remove from heat & add vanilla -Whip until smooth and fluffy (it can take 10+ minutes) (see description for tips/options & our hot chocolate recipe too!!)

We're you able to get some allulose??? You can straight swap it in any recipe that uses a granulated sugar, if you like stuff slightly less sweet, or I usually add an extra 20-30% allulose to maintain sweetness. Or if you find a recipe with liquid sweetener I've found it works to sub allulose plus some water or plant milk (see the most recent brownie batter bar short - it called for maple syrup, but I changed it out). I actually did this recipe with allulose too - used 120g allulose, and allulose sweetened dark chocolate (you can make your own at home in a blender). :)

The internet kept showing me this juice box dessert, so I HAD to try it out... And I was pleasantly surprised. It's sort of flan-like. And SUPER easy & quick to make. No oven/no bake, and can be made "healthier" too. Here’s what you need: INGREDIENTS 2c 480mL milk of choice (I used hazelnut milk) 100g sugar/sweetener of choice (or 120g if allulose) 6g agar agar 20g cocao powder 120g dark chocolate of choice, broken cut into pieces Here’s how we do it: INSTRUCTIONS 1. Combine in medium saucepan, and heat over low, 2. Whisk occasionally until chocolate is fully melted and milk comes to a low simmer 3. Remove from heat and pour into empty cleaned milk/juice carton. If it’s from the plant milk you’ve used to make this desert you can just quickly rinse it out. 4. Let cool for 30-60 minutes, then chill for 3+ hours until set. 5. Cut top off carton and dessert will slide out. 6. Slice & enjoy!
