Didn’t work for our dog. Our dog is very reactive. It did not stop him from pulling. Yes, he does not get free from it but afterwards he would choke from it. We stopped using it. It was hurting him. It was high up on the neck too.
@MryCPetCare4 күн бұрын
No regular collar will stop a reactive dog from pulling. That takes training. A prong collar is the only type of collar that will discourage pulling.

I’m so glad I found your video but wish I would’ve found it yesterday instead of tonight. While watering my garden outback two baby rabbits about 10 days old jumped out of the garden and I could not find its nest or where they even came from. Concerned, I put them in a tub plastic container. I went to the store and picked up some bedding and kitten formula milk with the Kit. I’ve rescued hundreds of Cockatiels when I was a breeder, but I’ve never rescued a baby bunny. Although, I did keep a baby rabbit that was several weeks old and somehow found its way into our garage. When I kept trying to get it outside of the garage every so often it would be back into the garage so I’ve purchased food for it and eventually took that little rabbit out by time it was 11 or 12 weeks and set him free. I called him bunny, Bob. Bob hung around the backyard for the next couple of years and he must’ve found a wife that had babies out back. A few months back, I found a baby rabbit that my cat brought to my back door. I gladly thanked our cat and rescued that baby rabbit for a couple hours and set him free a couple hours later. I just wanted to make sure that there were no injuries and it was safe to release it back into the woods where we live. Now, a few months later, finding these two baby rabbits, and being concerned of not seeing the adult rabbit, presumably the mother, anywhere in sight. I kept them overnight, fed them the formula and I went outside this evening and saw the mother. The craziest thing happened. I found a KZbin video with a baby rabbit crying, that is used for other predator animals for hunters. For the life of me, I never expected to see what happened next. When I tapped on play the baby rabbits mother came running to my feet. She literally ran straight through the backyard and up to my feet no more than a foot away. She kept looking up at me as if I were the babies, wondering, where are my babies. My heart sunk to my stomach and I felt so horrible that I quickly came inside to get the baby rabbits and set them outside so that she could find them. I played the sound again and no sooner than a couple minutes later, a wildcat came right by where I was playing the sound. My heart sun to my stomach, thinking the worst that the cat would take off with these baby bunnies so I brought them back inside and I felt horrible because I know the mama is outside, waiting to feed her babies. How in the world am I going release these babies back outside to their mama when I know that there are feral cats out there that may eat these babies? Do you have any tips or suggestions? I feel so horrible that I didn’t find your video sooner, but will appreciate your response. Thanks so much in advance!

The momma will move them. Can you try again and watch for the cats?
@moniqueschmucker7712Ай бұрын
Thank you,@@MryCPetCare! My husband made a 10 x 5 outdoor pen last night that I can put the babies in with a surveillance camera and a motion sensor that will sound in the house. I was shocked to see how quickly the mama rabbit responded to the audio sound of baby rabbits crying. Never thought cats would be drawn to the sound as well. She’s been out in our backyard for quite some time. She rarely runs away when she sees me or hears my voice. I leave carrots out for her during the day and remove the remnants at night. Have seen her on surveillance eating the carrots so I’m keeping my fingers crossed and hoping that she will come back for her babies. I’ll let them out there today and I’ll keep you posted. Meanwhile, what can I expect after letting them out whether it’s in the pen or sitting in the backyard? Thanks again.

And you can help your neighbors teach their dogs not to bark by making a video of it and calling it in every time they neglect them and leave them barking. True story. NO ONE enjoys hearing a dog bark.
@MryCPetCare4 ай бұрын
I’m pretty sure that doesn’t help anyone and won’t build community with your neighbors.

What if it is just part of the breed…like Great Pyrenees? They bark because they are preemptively warding off evil doers (especially at dusk and dawn).

Who has time to walk their dogs 3 to 4 times a day
@MryCPetCare4 ай бұрын
Most dog owners walk their dogs 3-4/day. It’s very common and enjoyable for the owners and the dogs. Dogs do require daily exercise to be healthy.

Adorable. My Yorkie does the same, she doesn't like a toy box at all. I have put most of her toys in a closed drawer or she ends up carefully putting all of them on my couch. She gets a few at a time to play with or we'd never be able to sit on the couch or walk across the room without tripping.
