I have never tried sending in damaged cards nor an expired redemption card either, but Topps 100% does do a Great Job with getting back to the customer and glad you got majority of your cards back/replaced.

When I got into baseball with the 2010 prospect and rookie classes, I sent in a lot of cards and they ALWAYS sent back cards that looked better than anything I’d pulled. It was nuts. They always made it right.

I sent in a damaged downtown to panini, the foil was peeling at the bottom. This was 3 months ago. It’s still showing as “under review”

Thought the kid pulled the card out of the pack unless was another Paul Skenes card that was shown on video recently? If can take the money and put it away for the kid. To get what ever card(s) is best in trade with cash and keep the cards for investment. To forget about the money in essence.
