You can use the switch stick if your in a blitz angle just hold B/circle flick the left stick up.

The spies are only for the video. Ypu can leave your players blitzing. I use the 2 safety blitzing plays so it's easy to just man those 2 guys up

I thought that Defensive Heat Seeker Assist only activates when you press and hold the X button (PS5). But if you don't press the button, then you are still 100% in control of the user.
