Food is food. If an Oreo makes you happier than a “natural”, unprocessed, home grown, sorry excuse for a cookie, then have at it. Moderation is the key to all things in life. Stop fear mongering people into spending their life savings ($6 for ONE serving) on organic and non-gmo foods that, at the end of the day, make little difference in health as long as they’re consumed with the proper intentions.

@Aerandir0916 күн бұрын
It took me 5 minutes of research to learn that there is no link between red40 and colon cancer. That is just BS. In one study there has been a link to bowel issues in mice but never tested in humans. Another study shows a weak causal link of red 40 and hyperactivity in children. It is not conclusive though. All decisions to remove or ban red 40 is erroring in the side of caution versus they actually should. You should learn how to do good research.

I always thought ive been doing good by choosing the "free and clear " detergents but it looks like we've been lied to . I always buy from costco though so im gonna have to look into Ecos brand. Also fyi : you only need 2 tbsp max per load of laundry, so that will save some money there while having to pay more for better detergent

Hey Zach, I am a chiropractor and functional medicine doc. I have been studying and recommending supplements and a healthy lifestyle for over 30 years. Something you might consider is getting a homocysteine level checked on your next blood test. If it is above 8 you might want to work to lower it. Side note... a few people feel poorly or anxous when taking methylated vitamins, if this is you, you may still need it but start with a much lower dose. Be well and thank you for commenting.
