Alfiana RA TBI 3C 23030220107 I think the Harry Potter series is literature as it's written work. I also agree with your statement that it's lending more into the commercial work. Even though some of the books are also not really well written and they're very commercial, those points don't take away its status as literature. From Harry Potter, we could get many life lessons like when Draco Malfoy discriminates against the muggles. We could see that the discrimination based on "blood" is totally wrong and it shouldn't be done. I think the creative process of those authors is very meticulous and well planned. It must take a lot of time to build a universe/world plot by plot or even scene by scene. Anyway, there's something that is bugging my mind. Is recorded drama or movie that is adapted from a literary works considered as drama in literary works? or does it have to be a play that is being watched and performed live?
