@@mitsakinservice do you know how to trigger an EGR code ? I had a p0401 code. Cleared it and now the code won’t come back and the problem still happens

@@quezwoodard1646 there is a valve into an EGR and sometimes it sticks because of the dirt. If you clean it and the problem remains you need to replace it. EGR failures are very common to diesel engines.

Γεια χαρα ! Στο 301 με τον ιδιο κινητηρα , η αντλια κανει εναν παραξενο θορυβο , σαν να δισταζει να δουλεψει , καποιες φορες για λιγα δευτερολεπτα δισταζει να παρει εμπρος ο κινητηρας . Η αντλια ειναι πολυ ακριβη , κοντα 400 ευρο , ενω η αντλια υψηλης πιεσης πανω απο 800 ευρω . Εξαερωση στο φιλτρο πετρελαιου πως κανουμε ; Ευχαριστω.

Καλησπέρα! Δεν θυμάμαι ακριβώς πώς είναι το φίλτρο πετρελαίου στο συγκεκριμένο αυτοκίνητο αν και στα περισσότερα καινούργια αυτοκίνητα δεν χρειάζεται να κάνεις εξαέρωση στο φίλτρο. Η αντλία υψηλής σπάνια να χαλάσει πάντως ίσως χρειαστεί να αλλάξεις την αντλία χαμηλής. Όπως και να χει θα πρέπει να κάνει τσεκ κάποιος που ασχολείται με πετρελαιοκινητήρες.

how on earth did you guys get the section behind the throttle body out, been struggling with the top bolt under the bend between the egr valve and egr cooler all day to get to the fuel return line all week so far

It was a little bit hard but we finally did it.

@@mitsakinservice i did eventually come right, loosened all the egr mountings first, gives you enough wiggle room to get that bolt out
