I migrated to iOS (iPhone XR) the day before yesterday and since then, my WhatsApp status videos or those of others do not give sound. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling WhatsApp, restarting the phone and resetting the notification settings but in vain. Do you have a solution to this problem please?
