Hello Seth, As you know, things have changed quite a bit since this video was posted. The new trailers will be like the gas trailer in the video, not the diesel. I have 2 trailers we are building now and should be ready in a few weeks. I currently work for a foam manufacturer and build these trailers as a hobby for $55,000 cash money.

Maaaaaybe every once and a while... not really a roofing rig.... but I sprayed my first roof with Gusmer FF1600.... LOL

The 16' trailer is approximately $37,000 and tghe 18' would add another $4,000.00

E-20 is electric driven with same pressure, hose heat, length of hose..... A-25 is 25 lbs per min and E-20 is 20 bs a minute.... Volume drops faster on E-20 as pressure goes up than the A-25. What about all the other stuff...compressor, generator, refrigerated drier...?? 16 Lbs a minute? 5252 ( most common tip size) Mix chamber as about 13 lbs a minute. Graco A 25 is 25 lbs a min. Plus more total heat, Data Tracking, etc...Let me know what your all being quoted and I'll quote as apples to apples as I can. Tim

Is 16 lbs a minute not alot? Working with only 26k. And I've been told that the pmc is user friendly. Really wanted to stay clear of all the computer parts if I could. And its air driven. The hydraulic just seems to be more cosly.

@@snelsonmichael1449 The A-25 is air driven. We have already sold 35 so far this year and 40 last year with no real issues at all. It has been one of the most dependable machines we have EVER SOLD. This rig has had a few upgrades. It's a high output machine @50 lbs a minute. We are at $27,500 for just the unit. Is Zebulon Ga. to far for a little r&d 1000sf 1940’s home just attic until we start remodeling next year former owners blew in about 3” back in 80’s. Or maybe you know someone that stays close to Zebulon ?
