其實說真的,泡水的時間太久反而細菌生長更快,看了影片洗食材的時間反而把肉的鮮味都洗掉了,基本上來說真的要泡冰水完全不用去搓反而比較新鮮。 喔喔忘了這是台灣不是日本,我是日本的做法,抱歉打擾了,台灣不講求衛生喔忘了

哈哈哈,今天的豬腳飯好吃嗎 其實店面剛開張時的豬腳都是比較Q彈的,每家店都一樣的,如果開店馬上去,要請老闆給爛一點的 60年了,大概都能掌握客人口味了,有些名店外地人也會吃不習慣呢 很辛苦還沒流量,做不下去了,往電商發展去XDDD

@@flyingmousefood 委屈妳了~努力跟成功沒直接關係~更重要的是運氣~尤其是小資自媒體~因為不像些有錢的阿薩布魯能花錢買流量 買知名度~只能讓平台去處理 說實在的~現在有手機 申請個帳號 上傳個視頻就人人是往紅~平台沒那功夫去管那麼多~有錢賺才重要 反正有努力過了就好~這裡不行的話就換跑道~趁年輕多闖闖 見見世面也好 加油哦.....

無須食材掉落地上,影片中的各種器具沒有使用籃子再墊高,直接將籃子,桶子等器具放在地上就已可直接開罰了。

​@@dr6340第一桶油是回鍋油,第二桶油是美食家的好炸油,俗稱耐炸油或酥炸油,添加回鍋油的用意是為了色澤比較好看。但是如果檢驗肯定是酸性過高油品會不合格。 如果全部使用新油,炸出來的色澤亦會太過死白色,賣相不好,有的全部使用新油的連鎖企業會添加牛油讓色澤比較好看,味道亦會較香。

I have filmed a lot of roast chicken videos so far, and I feel that it is really not easy to roast the chicken. It has to be cooked both inside and outside without letting the chicken become dry. @@flyingmousefood Yes, your video has helped me a lot & I am in the process to get in touch with all 4 different groups with their methods of roasting to find out where I am able to buy similar full cooking utensils' to run such roasted chicken business! If you do have their email address please forward to me otherwise I just have to research & find out & contact them.
