I think she may be a believix fairy, but because she was so inexperienced she probably doesnt know how to access those abilities. The winx had years on their belt to have the ability to access certain magic due to traning, well thats my rathional behind it. I also think she doesnt has a charmix transformation because it is a different type of magic, her transformation couldve been a manifestation of the type of magic that was based on earth before magic had disappeared. If we look at other fairies from different realms and different schools their transformations tend to look different. Diaspro went to school in her realm, but the fairies who go to school in her realm transformation looks very different from hers. They had big hats and very traditional fairy like outfits with gem stones, but diaspros was like the typical charmix outfit but with gem stones. So i think they are multiple aspects that determine which transformations can be gained and how much access they have to the power based on experience and how close they are related to that sorce of power. Lol but thats just me, i could be very wrong

This is a great theory, she does use alot of inter dimensional magic. I vaguely remember her even saying a spell that to find information on the ancestral witch "reach across space and borrow through time, its the coven of 3 we ask you to find". Im sold on this theory lol

My theory is that Roxy has lower believix fairy powers since shes half human unlike all of other charachters. But if yall are asking why she never got butterflix, rember Faragonda once said you have to have enchantix to get more powers such as sirenix, bloomix, harmonix... Soo Roxy accdidentally somehow was powerfull enough to earn believix in some werid way, similar to blooms enchantix (i saw somone in comment Poiting out this thing about bloom) soo Roxy isnt real Believix fairy but she is still believix fairy.

I believe Roxy is a Believix fairy, considering she did rescue those of her home realm, Tir Nan Og- which is a requirement for earning a stable Enchantix. I also detest that Bloom is the only fairy who can will an incomplete transformation- we all thought she was the last fairy on Earth too, at one point.. 😂😂
