Hi sir. Ang Lana Building po ba may roof deck po, yung kagaya po ng sa Hacana Building yung pwede magpahinga sa pinaka taas ( sky lounge ) . Parang service area lang po ata ang pinaka roof deck ng Lana. Thank you.

Hi @fluffie6568, unfortunately we don't have single detached units as of the moment. For condos, Yes! you can definitely put your own internet connection. Some residents do that so they get the speed that they want and in other projects, they have free internet courtesy of the PMO so they use that as their backup internet :)

Can you please provide me with information on how garbage is disposed of in this building? I'm curious to know if there is a garbage chute on every floor or if residents need to take it down to a specific location. If so, is there a service elevator designated for trash only or do residents use the main elevators for this purpose?

Hi Sir Eric! We dont have a garbage chute for this project and residents have to take it down to the designated garbage disposal zones po. We have a service elevator that residents can use when doing so po 😊
