Hi Scott, Thanks for your comment. Although we designed the die sets for these tools for our wire rope applications the actual tools are of Chinese origin. Most of these types of tools are from China and the designs are extremely similar so there is a good probability that the majority of the parts in the service kit will be compatible with your tool. Swage fittings will have a higher breaking load and are easier to assemble / tamper proof, however, for DIY installations these are a great alternative which are very strong when correctly assembled. Progressive round swaging also works the same as the Hexagon swaging so long as the correct after swage dimensions are met (After swage dimensions of round swaging is different to the across flats on a hex swage).
