Hi! Try to rearrange hotend - it helped me

Hhhmmmm , i have the same problem. But the scratch was while it was printing. And the print got tangled in and around the nozzle . Then the whole nozzle got surrounded with filament.😢 I orders a new hotend and nozzel, hope the problem will not return.

i already returned bcs i even had calibration on, but calibration wasnt even happeing and totally scratched in mid of plate,...i hope it was one of thousand not properly working printer

The solution was to check the screws from the heat bed. They were too tight. Look up bed tramming procedure in Bambu lab wiki

Habe ich auch probiert, das funktioniert aber nicht so gut, weil es hat lange Wirkungszeit und nach vier Felgen ist eine Dose leer.

Hallo, ich verwende für die Reinigung der Felgen nur noch Backofenspray, das ist warscheinlich das günstigste Mittel was es gibt! Einfach auf die Felgen sprühen, bisschen einwirken lassen, und mit einem nassen Pinsel verreiben und abspülen! Klappt super, und die Felgen werden glatt wie poliert! 😅
