Make an amendment. You can do it through bizee or through the state website. I’ve had issues when trying to do it on my own through the state fwiw

Some states allow you to be the RA and others will require your business to act as the RA. You must be located in the state with a physical mailing address. Some people don’t like being the RA bc of added responsibility if you’re sued but most people just don’t want their home address on the public database if they’re a home based business but that’s up to you and your comfort level.

I currently have an S-Corp trademark and definitely want to use your handle to actually start y business. But I really would love to know what are the pros & cons of an S Corp versus LLC, I’m familiar with being sued plays a large factor in the difference. I want to have a bed & breakfast in my home & gospel lounge in down time. Please advise

Main difference is the ability to take an owners draw or what’s referred to as a distribution with an S-Corp. That is not subject to self-employment taxes which are 15.3% I believe. But you have to pay yourself a reasonable salary. Usually it only makes sense to go to the S Corp once you’re making 40-50k Net profit because before that amount your extra costs and hassle for the s Corp doesn’t make sense. But you can transition from an LLC to an s Corp later on by filling out a form with the IRS that elects that you be taxed and treated as an S Corp.

This is still a very real thing, I just got one yesterday, I almost started to pay, but it didn’t feel right. I scanned the QR code & it took me to some Biz web page, If it was legit it would have been a .gov page Then I realized they were also rushing me to pay, I shredded it that evening

After crating LLC, bookkeeping company, Vyde, called and asked to use their service $125 per month. Do you have any idea why bizee recommend to use Vyde service? I was't expected to pay extra fees to the third company... so i got little confused. If you know any information, it will be appreciated. Thank you!

I’m not familiar with that service. In my opinion QuickBooks is the safe route bec they have a network of advisors and most CPAs prefer it. Just my two cents though. Also thanks for using the link. I appreciate it!

Great honest review, I wanted to try Northwest for a few LLCs I plan to setup, and that was such a red flag. Bizee is not perfect, but damn, that email you got was hostile and not from someone I want to call a partner. And the right thing to do is so easy, "we saw your review, how can we do better?" If that had happened you would have probably done a video of how cool they were!!!
