You need a loupe, or a magnifier x15 should be sufficient and a good lighting, then it's just practice, it help also to get the movement at eye level. maybe put a box on top of your work desk to elevate it when trying to put the hands in.

Definitely higher than the sub 100 watches, the parts alone is more that than, i find the quality acceptable. Its solid.
