I like this video and explanation however why are you encouraging a semi supinated grip? Without teaching the benefits and hindrances of both pronated and semi supinated one using the latter can inherit elbow / bicep injuries unless performed 100% accurately. I know you know if someone's grip on a DL faces out, naturally, they're inclined to slightly bend their elbow as if beginning a curl on the upward movement, which can lead to tendon and elbow injuries. Not a dig, just a thought. I've used both and studied bio mechanics, A&P, and a master fitness trainer in the Army. We typically will never teach switch grip until core movements are established. And even then, under greater load, will only enforce traditional pronated.

I'm here because I'm confused where the correct place where waist to be measured is. Everywhere people put the tape around a different point on the midsection. I don't do yoga but know a woman who leads yoga classss. I think her advice to me is incorrect. Where she says to measure is too high to me. Then pictures you see all are different too. It's very confusing to me where to measure, which is correct.

For the creative aspect two ideas. If the client is tired, get AI to include meditation or 10-15m nap in-between light activity, or if they're sluggish from bad diet or food consumption time choices, could also AI to program light activity that won't be intense enough to upset the gut on a full belly. More ideas could be asked of AI if the trainer just tests out the problems they've heard a client speak of

I was in the military and used TRX once in a class. I was deployed during the pandemic and the gyms were closed at our location, so one of my fellow parachute Chiefs recommended TRX. I just threw it over my barracks room door and went to town! Best purchase ever!
