It is which came first the chicken or the egg? I have to disagree with you. Having had this condition forover 40 yrs...there is no guick fix. Psychatric drugs can devastate a patient in the hands of a doctor that does not know the full extent of this debilitating condition....and it is VERY HARMFUL for this to be simplified....traumatizing for the patient, family. ME/CFS comes into play and many other connecting illnesses. Yes, we do not sleep well, but to put it in an "Anxiety" disorder is trivalizing this condition. The whole body and its systems are involved ... chemical imbalances, metabolism problems, autoimmune, genetic etc. Fibromyalgia a great puzzel with many pieces. We just need more gualified doctors to put the pieces together, research, and have more compassion. The Spoon Theory is very good for chronic illness. I reccommened going alot further, and deeper.... learn, learn, learn. There are very good sites that are better,, and I have benefited much from watching, listening to them.
