Fantastic. This still sounds great after all these years. Mrs Wood was a great DJ.

What a Great mix. Mrs Wood was an incredible female DJ back in the day (93/94/95) in London. She first pioneered the "Nu energy" sound in clubs like Heaven & Turnmills, which then became hard house and handbag commercial phenomenon.

What I love about John is he let's the music do the talking and doesn't dance about like a crazy man, keeps calm and beautifully blends the tracks together to build something very special indeed. In my opinion there are very few djs that can work this kind of magic

Someone with enough pull to get Stanley Unwin and Ken Russell, the balls to waste the time of a man stating ‘no time wasters’, and the wit to feature the BBC Big Band in his celebration of TV.

What an absolute legend! I had no idea that Mark Thomas raised such awareness of the immoral and unethical nature of Nestle. I love chocolate but have not eaten Nestle for years. Won't touch Nescafe or Nestle cereals.

Oh man, this takes me right back. Not this actual set as such, but the whole scene was electric. I think my foot started tapping in the 80s and has never stopped since. I loved the 90s 😊❤️

I was more into hardcore and then jungle in the 90s, but always enjoyed listening to John Kelly's sets. He would sometimes play the 2nd room of some of the jungle raves, and always delivered. His style was very uplifting and often incorporated elements of hardcore tracks as well. Definitely one of my favourite house DJs of the time, along with Tall Paul and Sarah Chapman
