I have the Tragen cover for my hobonichi A6 you place each portion on the front and back cover into the slots so the book stays open but the cover are protected . I'm sure there's plenty of KZbin videos. You can watch in order to give it's a full explanation as to how the Tragen cover works. Also, please don't place any cards strips into the slots. As the cover is magnetic and could possibly damage the strip

Hi Danne. I'm the author of Collage as a Creative Coaching Tool and have just come across this video. Thank you for including my book in your list. I hope you were able to purchase a copy. It's always great to connect with another collage enthusiast :). I'd love to hear your thoughts on the book. I appreciated your uncertainty about the 3 stages, preferring a free flowing approach. They are a framework that guides the client step by step through the creative process, while allowing for freedom of resonance, expression and storytelling. It also means the process can be replicated and I can train other coaches and practitioners. So more people can benefit from working safely with their unconscious thoughts, feelings and drivers through the incredible power of collage.

I am obsessed with collage! I have been into it since I was 11 or 12. I had a older brother who moved into downtown St Paul in the late 1990's and he lived in this artist lofts and gis neighbor was an actual collage artist and his entire loft was all fiilled up with his collage art the entire place was a big cohesive piece of art. It was covered in all different styles colors and it was amazing. Im still inspired vy tye memories i have from going unto his house for like 5 minutes when i was 13. I have been cutting out of magazines my entire life. I used to have my entire bedroom was covered in a collage every inch was covered in cut outs from magazines and different types of stuff all into one big collage. It yook me 4 years to do it nmand redo it and when i ended up moving out of my dads house into my car wn place my old vff and i took the piece down bit by bit and painstakingly replaced it all onto posterboard and she reaplied it onto her bedroom walls exactly like it had veen done in my bedroom. She waas in love with it. I have not been doing that much since i moved out on my own 23 years ago. I have been cutting and saving for years. I have a few folders. I did not have any idea that there was so many different artists that do collage art. I would love to know the artist that lived downtown St Paul and gave me so much inspiration for my love of collafe art. He used to do his collage and then he would go to Kinko's and have it all done in a bound book but he also made amazing works of art on canvas and sepl it for hundreds of dollars. He was an amazing artist. I'm totally excited to check out the books that were mentioned along with the artists. Thank you so much for making this video and i am so excited to get back into making collage art. I absolutely love to do it and i was really good at it when i was working with tape and glue. Thank you! I'm intrigued by Victoria Chang's book and will order it! Agnes Martins work is characterized by repetition of lines, dots, and grids. You can Google it but her work doesn't translate well with photography because many of her original pieces are so faint, you need to walk right up to it to see the detail. There is also an online documentary of her, which will likely help you make more sense of the book. Its poignant portrayal of the Iraqi refugee experience in Switzerland offered a unique and thought-provoking perspective, enriching my understanding of both the characters and the setting. For your next literary adventure in a similar vein, I'd suggest exploring "The Displaced: Refugee Writers on Refugee Lives," edited by Viet Thanh Nguyen. This anthology features a collection of essays by refugee writers sharing their stories of displacement, resilience, and identity. Also I appreciated your reflection on how you started- I was indeed one of the lucky early readers but my eldest son has struggled enormously to gain his ability to read - though of my three he loves books the most! I think it's important to normalize that narrative... That it's worthwhile to keep going and that there needs to be more resources for others. Your discourse on your reading journey resonates deeply with me, particularly your candid reflection on how life circumstances and mental well-being can impact our reading habits. I, too, find solace and joy in books. However, like you, I occasionally find myself ensnared by other distractions. I decided to quit social networking sites when the virus struck, as the volume of comments became daunting rather than encouraging, leaving KZbin as the sole platform I find entertaining. Your strategies for prioritising reading once more are truly inspiring. The concept of setting intentions rather than rigid goals feels far more attainable and enjoyable. Moreover, your practical tips, from utilising audiobooks via your local library to curating a conducive reading environment, are both pragmatic and motivating. Your mention of acquiring a reading lamp particularly piqued my interest. It's remarkable how sometimes the most modest changes, like upgrading to a superior reading lamp, can significantly enhance our reading experience.
