It would be nice to have someone walk you through the home on a premier. Get to know if it's a Salt Water pool, if it has a Generator bring rural, how new is the Well/Septic? Is this a new Construction? Would be very nice!

All the black finishes do not give any home appeal yet they keep using it. This is cold, industrialized and sterile because there are no rich nice woods. Real cupboards that have definition with real design. All stone, glass, no pretty millwork and all the wrong colors as far as balancing finishes and design choices makes it look like something industrial. It doesn’t look like a real home. Do builders know what real homes look like anymore with all this lackluster architecture?

I lived next door. The noise from jetskis and partyboats never ended, especially at night. The neighbor on the other side used to get drunk and shit in this yard; and as far as i know he still lives there. DO NOT ever consider this property.

OMG this place is amazing there is so much you could do with all that space. I could see an organic farm orchard or herb garden throw in a few chickens and a horse barn and you are set to earn your way to affording this place. people who come to wine country look for retreats like this could be and want the sevices and amenities that go with it.
