I'm sure people die in phone ques waiting for ANYONE to handle their inquiry![Especially BANK phone cues] Ever been given the run around by customer service staff who clearly couldn't give a toss? Their goal seems to be just how many customers they can annoy DAILY! One time Customer Service was much more than merely 2 words & staff GENUINELY helped customers & gained huge personal satisfaction from doing so! NO! THIS is absolutely TRUE! I really miss those days! WHAT WE ENDURE NOW IS AS FAR AS YOU CAN GET FROM that IDEAL! THIS would all change if CEO salaries & bonuses were tied to how well the customers were serviced as determined by those surveys some get us to do! I can only dream!

Im about to send this video to some companies. I think every employee should watch to keepba sense of how they are supposed to treat the public/potential pauing customer.

Probably every employees acted shit here because of their manager or boss does the same to them.

Excellent. You have to greet them. They assume that you know. They don't help you get it. In short, they're doing you a favor to answer your question. Then, back to their phone/social media. He did the right thing, taking his business elsewhere AND reporting it ON social media, since that's where today's generation "lives" - and the only place that they respond. Conversely, whenever one gets good customer service - basically the opposite of this - report that as well.

Customer had it for a month, he's a contractor not a home do it yourself and burned the crap out of the drill and now he wants a new one. Not to mention it was dirty as hell. How convenient.
