@@techpro3820 it's okay. What happened was that I read the instrument cluster as 'drive above 15mph' to get the reset. What I was supposed to do was drive it for a number of miles. Took approximately 7 miles on a dual carriageway at 70mph for it to work. You don't have to go that fast, probably a sustained cruise will help.

This is 22 KW charger, but the car has only 3.2 KW onboard charger. It takes at least 4 hours to fully charge this Cayenne E hybrid with 3.2 KW charger.

Sometimes, when there is some connectivity related issues are there like if you are facing trouble with phone connection via Bluetooth, call drop and apple car play not working etc. Reset can help to resolve it without visiting the workshop. It is an initial step.
