Hello I raised a disconnection request on 30 May 2024 for jio fiber but they didn't proceed the cancellation. I didn't paid the bill mow in July they again billed for July and suspended the connection. Now they are saying to pay the bill. I am saying i already applied for disconnection on 30 may you can't bill me for june and July. Not hearing. I don't want to pay the bill. What to do? Is it ok to not pay the bill ? Will they came to pick the router ? Please guide i hope there is no serious matter of not paying bill
