Thanks for the guide, but does anyone know have they removed the old ability to scale or resize images by percentage of the original image? Measurements don't tell you whether you're stretching an image beyond it's resolution or not.

You don't need to do it one by one, just group all the circles and create one star and follow the same array that the circle has and you're done. Just copy and move. It might be different in different designs so I would need to look at your design.

I am having and issue that when I email my PowerPoint presentation to my students, they received it distorted. My text are out of line, the fonts are different from my original presentation and slides are missing. Can someone tell me how to correct this?

Check the box that says "Embed fonts in the file" under the "Preserve fidelity when sharing this presentation" section. Choose "Embed only the characters used in the presentation" for a smaller file size or "Embed all characters" if students need to edit the text. 2. Save and Share as PDF: Saving your presentation as a PDF can prevent formatting issues. Go to File > Save As. Choose PDF from the "Save as type" dropdown menu. This method ensures the layout, fonts, and other formatting remain consistent. 3. Check Compatibility: Make sure both you and your students are using compatible versions of PowerPoint. You can use the "Check Compatibility" feature in PowerPoint by going to File > Info > Check for Issues > Check Compatibility. 4. Use PowerPoint Online or Share via Cloud Storage: Upload your presentation to a cloud storage service like OneDrive or Google Drive. Share the link with your students. They can view or download the presentation directly from the cloud, reducing the chance of formatting issues. 5. Include Instructions: Provide instructions to your students to ensure they have the necessary fonts installed on their devices.
