how would someone counter a defense that doesn’t play “man coverage” in a 3-1 and they tend to sit back in a 2-2 formation For example, you are attacking in a 3-1 and the opposition is not marked up on the wingers and are sitting back in a 2-2 and only press when the ball is pressed. Hope that makes sense and appreciate any feedback !

Just simple mistake from defender and you all think thats beautiful tactics 🤣 Right defender should defense zone not the player. He made it very easy for opponents...

This is a good tactic. And how it's supposed to be played when breaking pressure. If you notice, the right defender is never out of position. Meaning, he always covers his attacker correctly by being closer to the net than the attacker. Also, by moving, the right defender takes the attacker with him. Finally, the right winger comes back to cover the space. There are no gaps in defense and none of the attacking players were ever left undefended, meaning no attacker was closer to the net than their corresponding defender.

When he is in the other team half , he can have as much touches as he wants, that's why on a power play he goes there and a player stay on middle so he can back off
