I remember this previously dusty Rhodes and don bass were wrestling as masked men wearing red called fire and flame and Lawler and mantel were having a war with them which was right after their feud with Dundee and landel and this summer of 86 was when a new comer came in Memphis wrestling named Bam Bam Bigelow

These were the days, wrestling at its best. Even as a kid , I attended many matches in my days at the fairgrounds. Loved going and seeing these crowds, they really got into these great events. It's kinda sad because these days and stars are all gone but we still have our memories and the videos, hopefully are still available. I've been going to matches for over 65 years.

What I loved about the angle was not seeing the heels performing a whip in the ropes and a fancy move, something vicious from the top rope, etc. Rather, it came across as someone getting bullied and battered as if someone got jumped in an unsafe neighborhood. What I didn't like about the angle was seeing a security guy in the background standing there like nothing happened. If he had to be there during the angle, he should have been out of any camera shot.
