Cas is my only reason to continue to fight my demons, he was created with mistakes, but he is more than just a character. He is complete as something deep in this world, full of monsters and pain, but he appears and everything becomes quiet and peaceful and I wish to live in this. And I’m so glad that I started writing about him, about Dean, in my fanfictions. I am grateful for someone like him, and if I had met him, he would have heard these words from me more than once😢😢😢❤

I felt so happy tonight watching the Emmy Awards when during the "In Memoriam" part the singers sang the Friends theme song. Glad Matthew was honored. RIP Matthew. Thanks for the joy and laughter.

2:20 this gutted me. i love him so much. my parents watched spn while I was growing up but never got round to finishing it after s8 because life got in the way. castiel was my mum's favourite character, and i lost her a couple of years ago. i adore castiel, and even though i think he deserves better as a character, i'm up to s9 on my first time watching and am still watching to see his journey through to the end, even if the writing of the show annoys me sometimes. that line brings me comfort, that even after everything that happened to him, he is still himself even after everything that has changed. thank you for sharing this video. 'i'm still just castiel'- he is so incredible and this video is so carefully crafted and beautifully affecting. thank you for sharing. he is such a wonderful character for how he accepts change but still is himself at the core of it all.
