Very fine performance! This is a great band which just gets better and better. I think the sound quality is much better than some other whiskey deaf videos I've watched. Hope that keeps up.

I don't think I've ever seen anybody more into the music than Annie. It looks like its going to run Jeff through with those wicked bow strokes. Great band. Bluegrass forever.

Once in a while a none professional group of folks pop up on YT. Glad to experience such a group playing bluegrass tunes I had not heard before. Must be original tunes. Great stuff -- thanks folks.

There are a small handful of fiddlers alive today who are light years above everyone else. Some are older and therefore more experienced than others, but they all have several things in common: Authority/confidence, speed (as in musical velocity), power, subtlety, versatility, huge stage presence, and joy. You will know them because you can listen to one of their renderings over and over again and never cease to be surprised. I won't try and rank or compare them in any order because each is quite unique from the other. They are Stuart Duncan, Annie Staninec, Aynsley Porchak, Michael Cleveland and Mark O'Connor. I'm sure I have missed some. But these five are really special to me because I can actually hear and feel the uniqueness in their playing even without looking. If any of you artists are reading this, thank you... for your dedication. Your music has put a smile in my heart MANY times.

Bill Monroe's vision of what became Bluegrass is that it was supposed to be the Country the Country Western version of Rock and Roll. I think you guys probably come closer to that vision that what Bluegrass actually became. It's for dang sure that Annie rocks and rolls too. You groop also just fits if you know what I mean. You should be able to do open recordings playing all together like in the good old days rather than everyone cutting their trac individually. Come see us out here in the Seattle area.

Annie is a delight. She does just play. The woman attacks the danged fiddle. Mighty fine bluegrass boys. Finer than frog hair and that's mighty fine.

Annie Staninec, fiddle came ready to party. Great band even better fiddle. 2nd is a favorite because it used to piss my X off. Wish I still had this energy.
