First these are washes, not brushstrokes. OMGosh… I use 52 different brushstrokes not just 3 😂

I like the painting and your layering dark-to-light technique, BUT it was painful to get through it because you kept talking and talking and getting distracted. I get that you are excited and you want us all to get to know you, but this is supposed to be instructional, right? Honestly, I found this uncomfortable and it made me anxious, your non-stop chatter seemed almost like nervous chatter and it took me out. I kept muting, but also kept going back and forth waiting for you to talk about the painting. I am not being rude, I am a teacher and I am just giving you my opinion, for whatever thats worth. I think more painting, staying on track, not getting distracted, and not having people purchase the black paint if we are not going to use it all would go a long way to making me come back for another lesson.

I would say that this is THE most informative art lesson on youtube. I've learned more today than I have in past couple of years. Alternating cool and warm colors, edges and detail is brilliant. Same with varying sizes of objects. All of it.
