It might work for some patients. But I was told I need an operation for AC rupture G5 and two days last week I was told my operation wouldn't happen as other patients that came in were a priority! I am still in pain and discomfort, issues sleeping, limitations to what I can do day to day and unable to start working again until I have had this op and recovered.. So in desperate need of it, for many reasons. No date provided yet for op so still just waiting. and made to feel like I am less important than other patients. Not great experience for me at Colchester Unit. June 2024.

I have been using these three back exercises for some time now and cannot recommend them more highly. I had gone to Trinity Park for one of my Covid Jabs and happened to mention to the lady sticking the needle in that my back was sore. She said she was a Physiotherapist normally and gave me the link to these exercise videos which I tried as soon as I got home. The back pain cleared up after a couple of sessions. Easy and comfortable to do on a bed or the floor. I have used them many times since whenever low back pain troubles me and it always works. Thank you ladies.

You should never place your fingers above the site where you're inserting the needle .... never place your finger inside the adapter cup as you are putting the contaminated butterfly needle inside the sharps container😧

Hi i have had a discectomy 8 months ago. I am doing all the activities that i had done prior to the operation. However my lowerback is constantly weak. I do exercises once a day to build up core strength. Maybe i should be doing them several times a day. My consultant told me after the op that nerve regeneration was a very slow process.
