You can always try Shyguy's World. I got them from vPyro, The Creator's Lounge, and from the person that made the effects themselves. All of those other locations are unavailable but I believe some of the Ilyxr packs were placed in the download section of Shyguy's World.

Beautiful work! The fireworks and waterworks in RCT3 are still so far superior to what's been added to Planet Coaster, and it's good to see the older game really shine in creations like this.

I'm sorry but I'm being 100% honest. Just please stop bothering people about firework packs and the P3O pack. It gives people a bad impression about you. I know that you like my work but that is no excuse for your type of behavior towards other people and bothering them about fireworks even though they say no.
