Correct, per day of competition. So the days last about 4 hours start to finish both Saturday and Sunday. Kinda like an NFL game. There’s half time games and fan interactions as well!

I think sets to 15 is horrible. Way too short. They ruined volleyball in my opinion years ago when they made it speed scoring specifically for tv. They should go the other way. There is no excitement earning points on missed serves. 🤨

Great video and really appreciate you stepping in to provide details the AVP seems to not be capable of explaining clearly! I'm still a bit confused about what I would be buying a ticket for. Can you explain what we will get to watch as a spectator, say for example, on Sept. 14 at UCLA. Is it 4 matches? 2 mens, 2 womens? And the same on Sunday Sept 15? Thank you!

I believe it will be a total of 8 matches per day (4 men/4 women). Two days of competition so each City-Team would have played 4 matches each.

I'm from Berlin / Germany and to a very high degree I can say that without BAB I would not have been able to learn arm swing and overhead serve just to name one thing! Because here in Germany you need to be LUCKY to... - 1. meet a good coach at all - 2. to meet a coach that puts a focus on technique and what really matters to get truly better! With BAB you can watch how the technique works over and over while in a workshop the coach might only show the technique a few times and you need a photographic mind to memorize what he shew. I even met a coach in a workshop that shew me power generation during the arm swing with the arm / shoulder muscles and I asked him why cause in the long run it is healthier to have the arm loose like TORQVB Isaac Kneubeuk recommends it. And his answer was: You'll never play volleyball that much so it doesn't matter. I just tought "WHAT?? How do you even know?"

Mid 30s into boxing not ideal - especially sparring twice lifetime, most girls are retired in mid 20s - combat sports and brain contact, aren’t something to take lightly Rolling with punches, head movement, sitting on punches, doesn’t come in a few months of boxercise unfortunately.
